Sleep Consulting Packages
Newborn Consultation
Newborns are not developmentally capable of sleeping for long stretches through the night as their circadian rhythm has not yet been established, and they need more frequent feedings due to their smaller stomachs. That said, you can still set your child up for success when the time comes by integrating some steps into your daily routine. During this consultation we will discuss some tips to incorporate well before sleep hygiene has been established.

An initial consultation to review all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.
As a mom of three, I have learned the phrase “sleep like a baby” is a bit of a misnomer. Babies sleep… a lot… but their schedule is not necessarily one an adult would envy. Until the circadian rhythm kicks in for infants, most of their sleep occurs during the daytime. Even after their hormones have started to regulate, and melatonin takes center stage during the evening hours, settling into a consistent schedule with long predictable stretches of sleep occurring during night hours doesn’t often occur without some strategy, and planning, on the part of parents.
Even if you have established a good schedule and have a seemingly great sleeper, there may be situations that can derail those healthy sleep habits you worked hard to get in order, (e.g. sickness, big transitions, etc.) and how you proceed in the short-term can significantly impact the likelihood of those habits becoming long-term sleep associations. While it can be exhausting (pun intended), and feel overwhelming at times - restful nights are possible - even with young children.
Not only is restorative sleep critical to the ongoing development of your child, but having great sleepers who consistently sleep independently through the night is something truly transformative for the entire family! It is a wonderful gift I would love to give you - and can do through one of the options below. Take a peak and contact me to get started on your journey to better sleep - you got this!
