365 Days Later…

Well hello October... Am I the only one seriously in disbelief that it will be October tomorrow?! I don’t know how to feel... my twinsies are turning one... we have one month until one of THE most important elections of my lifetime... and only two months until the end of one of the most historic years I have ever lived through... when the h*ll and how the h*ll did the year go so fast!?

I could go on and on about all the “shoulda, coulda, woulda’s” of the year but... I won’t. Instead I am counting down to the twins first birthday! Everyone always says the first birthday is more of a celebration for parents than for the child since they obviously won’t remember it...a celebration of the fact that we made it! And damn it we are going to celebrate because THIS YEAR... whew....

Another (huge) reason I have had the one year mark on my radar is because I have been breastfeeding the twins exclusively and will start weaning at that point. When I say I can’t believe I made it this far... I MEAN IT. More on that later! But...
